Non-Refundability Clause:
All payments for Bellum K9 Inc. of In house training programs or services or early deposits for the Fortis K9 System are non-refundable on any circumstances . By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Fortis K9 Kit System "Deposit Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy"
This Terms and conditions applies to Bellum K9's Fortis Kit that is Custom built via white glove service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY:
1. Custom Kit Delivery: The delivery of the K9 Forts System kit is contingent upon the completion of a custom build-out session via a Zoom call. During this session, the specific components of the kit will be finalized based on your requirements. Once the customization is confirmed, a final invoice will be issued via QuickBooks. Delivery will be initiated only after full payment is received through QuickBooks invoice payment or cash payment.
2. Training Program Payments: Payments for the K9 Forts Training Program may be applied from the deposit payment made on this website. Any remaining balance for the Training Program must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via QuickBooks invoices, cash, and any additional payment methods supported by WIX Payments, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. All payments must be processed successfully to avoid delays in service or delivery.
4. Deposit Policy: Deposits made through this website are required to secure your custom kit or training program. These deposits will be applied to the total cost of your selected service or product. Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for the K9 Forts System kit will be determined during the custom build-out session and communicated to you. While we strive to meet the agreed delivery dates, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or shipping disruptions, will be promptly communicated.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds for deposits or payments are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made after the custom build-out session will be subject to evaluation, and any refunds will be issued at the discretion of management.
7. Compliance with WIX Payments Requirements: All transactions are processed securely in compliance with WIX Payments guidelines. By making a purchase on this website, you agree to adhere to these terms and ensure accurate and complete payment information.
8. Data Privacy and Security: Your personal and payment information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We utilize encrypted technologies to safeguard all transactions and do not store sensitive payment information.
9. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may incur additional fees and delay the resolution process.
